This is absolutely brilliant! And they say that America is a litigious society.
(It was much more cool to imagine the story before reading it, though. The link to the story on the mainpage of BBC reads “Russian astrologer sues Nasa over comet crash ‘trauma’” Immediately there were thoughts of the positions of heavenly bodies and the implications of the new position of the comet causing some poor Russian astrologer to divine some horrid predictions. Heh :-) )
