One of the best things about moving into a house with wood floors is that Dusty no longer has any traction when she’s running. Whereas with carpet she could make sharp turns and stop on a dime, here she’s slipping and sliding all over the place. Much, much fun to watch.

*snickers* Bashy learned to stay out of the kitchen for the same reason. He was a hoot to watch when he would go in, he’d only go far enough to make sure that somebody WAS in fact getting him a treat, then he’d ever-so-gingerly back his way OUT of the kitchen. We finally figured out that it was because he had such furry paws, he couldn’t keep up on them on linoleum. *grin* Gotta love watching your pets make fools of themselves, huh??? ;) TTYS. –Kati
