This is in the context of a story that details the work week of the new congress in which (shocking!) congresscritters are expected to be available for work 5 days a week (available to vote by 6:30 on Monday evening and finishing business by 2 pm on Fridays). Contrast this with the hours that those in the House kept this last year – available for voting by late Tuesday with business concluding by mid-Thursday afternoon.
